Beyond the Chart: Compassionate, Connected, and Community-Focused Care for PAs

This series emphasizes the development of key interpersonal and professional skills essential for delivering patient-centered and compassionate care. Through the application of effective communication strategies, empathy, and professionalism, learners will enhance their ability to engage with both patients and peers. The course examines common sources of struggle that may lead to mistrust within healthcare settings, equipping learners with value-based approaches to manage and resolve challenges constructively.  

Each lecture in this series is concise and focused, making it easy to fit into your schedule. You’ll find evidence-based content, real-world examples, and practical strategies that you can immediately apply in clinical practice.? While the lectures themselves are designed to stand alone, they are also intentionally built on shared themes — creating a connected learning experience that deepens as you progress through the content.
